Customer Reviews

"Pretty good diner with pretty good prices. The waitress was friendly and quick with our orders, food and topping off our coffee. Overall, the eggs were a teeny bit runny, only some of the toast was buttered and the home fries were a bit dry. I'd definitely go back and I look forward to trying it again"

"A wonderful, quaint diner with smiling staff and a great selection of foods from breakfast to dinner. The donuts are to DIE FOR, and the baked blueberry oatmeal was delicious!! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for plentiful food and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home!!"

"OK, Palmyra is not a tourist destination so a restaurant depending on local folks must serve ample portions and charge decent prices. The Filling Station IS a destination with excellent quality prepared foods, very good portions and hometown prices. We had chicken and waffles this afternoon and couldn't finish it all! Prepared just as we remembered, The Filling Station absolutely nailed it! Don't pass up on this "dining gem in Palmyra"! Great food, fantastic service, open friendly atmosphere and prices that are below its competitors! In fact, we didn't leave without buying a gift certificate for a friend of ours!"

"We love The Filling Station!!! We come visit Hershey once a year and make it a point to come back and eat at the filling station every time. It has the old diner feel, small town atmosphere, personable staff and great food. It's a small place but has plenty of parking and fast service. If there is a line I can assure you that you won't have to wait long. The food always comes out perfect as well. Try the homemade waffle. Goes great as a side to your eggs, bacon and home fries! One of my favorites!!!"

"We've been here three times and it has not disappointed! The servings are fantastic for the price and the atmosphere is quaint where you can tell that a lot of locals hang out. The sourdough bread is amazing!"

"Great food! Good prices and really great staff. Pancakes are huge and the wraps were great. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick bite. Not the best for big parties over 6. There are booths and bar seats available."

"I pulled up to the Filling Station expecting to fill my gas tank but instead I found a place to fill my belly. The smell of fresh baked donuts filled the air in this dinner. I quickly found a place to sit and was greeted by a very friendly waitress. I ordered coffee, eggs, hasbrowns and sausage. My food came out quick and hot. It was very good. Locals gather here to catch up with the latest town news and my server knew most of them by name. It was cozy, clean and had a friendly atmosphere. The price was right and plenty of food are some of the reasons I'll be back to fill my belly (not my gas tank) at the Filling Station. So if your hungry and want good home style cooking just say "Filler Up" at the Filling Station..."
